Hole 5

Hole 5 - 497 meters - Par 5

This is the longest of the par 5's on the course. It is a dog leg hole to the left. A boundary ditch runs the length of the hole on the left side. There is a gentle step in the centre of the green.

Hole 11

Hole 11 - 360 meters - Par 4

This hole provides splendid views of the town of Carrick-on-Suir while to the west stands Slievenamon. The ideal tee shot is a gentle fade feeding the ball down the left of center fairway. The approach shot is to a green protected by a bunker to the right and a steep incline on the left. The green has subtle borrows which require a carefully lined-up putt.

Hole 12

Hole 12 - 379 meters - Par 4

This hole requires great concentration and accuracy when teeing off. A fade off the tee is ideal when trying to find the fairway. The green can be tricky depending on pin placements but a par on this hole guarantees satisfaction.

Hole 14

Hole 16 - 174 meters - Par 3

This challenging par 3 hole provides a breathtaking view of the Suir Valley and Slievenamon. Club selection is vital as a ball through the green could find deep rough and an unplayable lie. The tee shot needs to be accurately hit to avoid a deep bunker on the left and a punishing slope to the right.

Hole 10

Hole 18 - 351 meters - Par 4

This is a tough finishing hole with accuracy off the tee a prerequisite when hitting to a tight fairway with trees and water to the left and more trouble on the right. The putting surface has gentle contours.
